Life as we know it is changing. This means a lot of things are happening at the same time. We are juggling too many balls in the air and it’s only normal that sometimes we drop those balls.
One of those balls we drop is our mental, physical, and emotional wellness. We become so busy trying to live life and take care of other people that we forget to actually take care of ourselves. Our mental health is at risk because we do not take the time to look after it.
When last did you do an emotional check-in with yourself? Whether it’s in the morning or the afternoon, do you ever take time to check how you are feeling?
That’s why you need a system to keep track of your mood and emotions. Whether it’s bad days or good days, take the time to complete the mood chart on a daily basis. At the end of each period or month, you will be able to see the different moods or emotions that you felt the most.
When you use this mood tracker every month, you will see which month your favorite is based on emotions. Start understanding your mood patterns.
Remember that knowledge is power, especially if it’s the knowledge that helps you understand yourself better.
Whether you suffer from bipolar disorder or are just interested in tracking your moods, you have come to the right place. We have different designs and different styles for everyone to be able to track their moods and emotions in a fun way.
We even have it in different sizes. All of these are PDF Printables that can be opened with an adobe reader.
Printable Mood Trackers
1. Stars mood tracker
This printable mood tracker is ideal for tracking your mood in the morning and the afternoon. It allows you to check in with yourself when you wake up and right before you go to bed. This is because we don’t have one mood for the whole day, but we feel a wide range of emotions throughout the day depending on circumstances and our environment.
You could wake up excited because you slept well and are expecting a great day but get stuck in traffic on your way back home from work and become angry. You could even begin to see the trends of when you are most happy and when you are mostly sad.
At the top of the page, you get to put in the date. So, whether you use this as a January mood tracker or an April mood tracker, it all depends on you. It is a generic monthly mood tracker for personal use. You get to keep track of your mood every day of the month.
At the bottom, you have a Keys section where you get to decide which moods or emotions you mostly feel. For each emotion, color the star with a different color. For each day you feel that emotion color it with specific colors.
It is available in A4 and A5 sizes.

2. Festive Mood Tracker
This printable mood tracker is my personal favorite. Use this mood tracker before you use the January Mood Tracker. The festive season is busy, but it is also an emotionally draining season because we have Thanksgiving, Halloween, and Christmas lunches with family. And as we know, the family has a way of rubbing us the wrong way and causing us to feel emotions that we thought we were incapable of feeling. This is the best mood tracker to use as it helps you keep track of your mental health and emotions when everyone else is too busy to care.
Keep track of your positive emotions and the negative ones. When you decide to track your moods, you are taking control of your life and your festive season. Don’t feel like everything is out of control but get in the driver’s seat of your emotions.
Use festive specific colors to make it very exciting. Go for bright vibrant colors.
After completing this festive season tracker take time to reflect on all your mood trackers for the whole year. Choose which one is the month of the year based on your best moods. Think back to why that month was positive. Also, check which month was the worst and think back to understand why.
Self-reflection is key to making you a better person.
You have a lot of things to be happy and grateful for, so take the time to think long and hard.
It is available in A4 and A5 sizes.

3. Fall Mood Tracker
This is the best mood tracker because fall is such a beautiful season. It signals the falling away of leaves and the dawn of winter. The brown, orange and yellow colors make it an extremely interesting season.
It’s important to track your mood during this season because most of us may feel gloomy. After all, summer is going away, and the chilly winter cold months are upon us.
Use this mood tracker to track your daily moods during the fall. Look at your overall feeling as the leaves turn. Tracking your mood is a new habit that you must learn to make yourself a better person.
This tracker is an easy way to be consistent.
In the key section below, write down your different moods and give each a fall color option. Then for each day decide on your overall mood and color the leaf with that color.
At the end of the month see how you generally feel.
At the top, there is a section to add the month and you can print as many as you like for each month that falls during the fall season.
It is available in A4 and A5 sizes.

4. Love mood Tracker
For those of us who are hopeless romantics or who just love life in general, I suggest you use the love mood tracker. Each heart will stand for an emotion of your choice. At the end of the month see how you generally felt that month.
Make this colorful monthly mood tracker your best friend. This one is appropriate as a February or January mood tracker as those are months of love.
It’s almost impossible to be in a bad mood if you have a love mood tracker printed and pinned to the wall.
It is available in A4 and A5 sizes.

5. Circle mood tracker
This circle mood tracker is perfect to be used as a daily mood tracker. At the bottom of the page, there are keys where you get to color each box with a mood or emotion that describes how you feel most of the time. Use different colors for each block. This color code key will help you have a clear visualization of your general mood for the entire month.
This mood-tracking printable is a fun way to see how many days you had a positive mood and which days you had a negative mood.
The actual size of the printable mood tracker is A4 and A5. Put it somewhere where you can see it every day so that you do not forget to keep track of your mood.
Some ideas for moods or emotions are sad, happy, irritated, annoyed, excited, anxious, worried, neutral, and many more.

6. Gratitude Journal and Mindfulness Journal
For those who find that coloring is not their best trait use this gratitude journal template. The gratitude tracker helps you think deeper about how you are feeling and why.
It makes you think about your life every day and your expectations. Learn to motivate yourself and to find the good in every day.
If mood tracking is too hard for you to do daily, try this template instead. Print as many as you like and challenge yourself to complete it. This is the perfect way to learn to be grateful.
Sometimes an entire year goes by without reflecting on the things we are grateful for, but if you use this journal you get to practice gratitude daily.
This gratitude journal comes with a fun emoji design mood tracker. Circle the mood that best describes your day and at the end, you can see how good or how bad your month is.
This is a colorful January mood tracker design. However, there is no month written on it so you can personalize it to suit any month of your choice.

Thank you soo much, you are too kind. I hope he enjoys it too and finds it useful. I would love to hear his thoughts too.
